Why do you like working in the financial services industry?
I like the number of opportunities you have the ability to move into as you move along in your career or even after your initial role out of school. You can change careers within the same firm. Most firms have entry level roles to get you used to the firm and working in financial services, but then once you have some time to experience career, you may see that client relationship type role may be a better fit. Perhaps you have always liked the technology side of business and you can get involved with IT department.

Don’t be afraid to take on challenging work. It’s those challenges, both successes and failures, which will separate you from your peers and provide you with the fortitude to excel in your career and life.
