I oversee various activities and projects related to Real Estate for US Wealth Management. I also participate in working groups or PM strategic Initiatives assigned by Senior Leadership throughout Wealth Management. I am the Vice-Chair of the Black Professionals Network, US enterprise resource group at the bank (Corporate chapter).
Why do you like working in the financial services industry?
I enjoy the fast pace and the fact that there is never a dull moment. I love the variety of roles and career options. There is always an opportunity to learn something new.

What advice would you give to someone who is new to the financial services industry?
Be nimble and open to learning different things. Don’t be afraid of change, it’s inevitable. Think of it as a new opportunity. Last, solicit feedback from your managers to help you identify weaknesses and ways to grow in your career.
