The purpose of FSP Network is to convene and open Chicago’s network of Black and Latino talent within the human capital pipeline in every sector and at every level of Chicago’s financial services industry to build community, acknowledge organizational commitments to DEI and to strengthen the network this talent can access for resources and connections to points of influence in the industry.
