Comparative research on the representation and experiences of Black and Latinx members of our industry, based on input from the FSP member firms. This report highlights the key differences observed in the talent flow and experiences of Black and Latinx employees compared to their white counterparts, and how those collective experiences have changed over the last five years. The research will illuminate progress made and critical areas for action going forward.
