2020 FSP Annual Summit

The 2020 Financial Services Pipeline (FSP) Annual Summit, hosted by the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago, will occur on October 16th from 10:00 AM to 3:30 PM.

Decision makers and thought leaders within the financial services industry are invited to attend.

This year’s theme, Advancing Equity: From Ideas to Action, will feature:

  • New data and research
  • Financial services professionals sharing their impactful strides and best practices within the DEI space
  • Small group discussions to dive into data and foster necessary actionable steps

The Summit is part of FSP’s collaborative effort to:

  1. Increase the representation of Latinos and African-Americans, at all levels, within the Chicago-area financial services industry.
  2. Increase cultural competency within the sector.
