New Research and Recommendations: Mercer's FSP Findings
Mercer will take us through the results of the FSP’s 2020 research on the representation and experiences of African-American and Latino members of our industry, based on input from the FSP member firms. They will share key differences observed in the talent flow and experiences of African-American and Latino employees compared to their white counterparts, and how those collective experiences have changed over the last 5 years. The research will illuminate progress made and critical areas for action going forward.
