Navigating Your Career Through Adversity

The Seventh Annual Financial Services Pipeline (FSP) Initiative’s Intern Career Conference, hosted by the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago, will occur virtually on July 9, 2020.

The Intern Career Conference goals are:

  • To educate college students and interns about different career paths and jobs within the financial sector
  • To promote networking among students/interns and with financial sector professionals

Registration is limited to interns from FSP member firms and invited students. If you are eligible, you should have received a registration link. Please check with your Intern Manager or email FSP if you are unsure about your eligibility

Starting your career can be full of obstacles – don’t let navigating virtual employment be one of them. Prepare yourself to thrive in the COVID-19 job market with tactical skills taught by this diverse panel of individuals. Learn how to make yourself “seen” in the current environment through building and maintaining a personal brand, working on your resume, developing your “elevator pitch” and more. None of us could have prepared for the world we live in today; join this session to help tackle the challenges ahead. Be prepared for small breakout sessions and presenting your own pitch.
