FSP 2016 Index

The FSP Initiative Index is a tool to track the representation of African-Americans and Latinos over time in the Chicago metropolitan area’s financial services industry, examine trends, both at the local and national level, and establish comparisons with other major financial hubs in the United States. The Index is designed to be updated yearly in order to track changes in African-American and Latino representation over time. Read it here.
